This hot pressed diamond blade is suited to tough, dense materials where fast cutting and a long working life matter.
It is built for concrete and asphalt cutting, and the hot pressed bond also handles hard, dense materials such as porcelain, hard ceramics and quartz. The thin turbo-mesh rim and core are designed for fast cutting with minimal chipping.
The blade is supplied in diameters from 300 mm up to 700 mm, with a 25.4 mm arbor hole. Segment width and segment height are listed in the size table above for each diameter, so you can match the blade to your machine and cutting depth.
The rim and core are made with a thin turbo-mesh profile, which reduces friction and keeps the cut cool. The reinforced inner core prevents flexing, helping to deliver straight cuts and consistent performance on hard, dense materials.
Choose the diameter that matches your machine's capacity and the depth of cut you need. Larger diameters reach deeper into concrete and asphalt sections, while smaller diameters suit lighter cutting tasks. All sizes in this range use the same 25.4 mm arbor hole.
Yes. The hot pressed segment bond is intended for extra hard and dense materials, including porcelain, quartz and hard ceramics, as well as concrete and asphalt. The design targets super fast cutting and extra long life on these applications.
